Coffee maker pump is very noisy and both indicator lights for small and big cups are flashing

Issue:

• The milk does not froth

Applies to:

• Favola series coffee makers

Resolution:

1. Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.

2. Use milk at refrigerator temperature.

3. Make sure that the whisking spiral is correctly assembled.

Cause:

• Not suitable milk
• The milk is too hot
• The whisking spiral is not in place
