Resolution
1. It's perfectly normal for condensation to appear between the door panes. If there is any residual moisture, wipe away with a dry cloth ensuring the oven has cooled beforehand. If using a steam programme, follow the instructions in your user manual.
Modern ovens are feature highly efficient insulation and layered door glazing. These energy-saving features also lead to the retention of moisture and water vapour. All of which is very beneficial to the cooking process.
Many of our ovens have a steam functions which are designed to improve cooking results by adding steam during the cooking process.
Both of the above can/will lead to moisture being retained in the oven and condensation may form on the door glass during cooking. Some moisture and condensation may remain at the end of the cooking process.
