Only adults should use or install the product.

Before any maintenance operation, turn off water supply to the appliance. Always empty the appliance of all the water. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.

HOW TO REPLACE PIPE UNION, DECALCIFIER, SUMP


1. Remove the filter and it’s housing the use a small syringe and some old towels to drain the water in the sump.

2. Unscrew the four PH2 screws holding the bottom cover of the dishwasher and then pull the cover towards you to remove.

3. Unscrew the three PH2 screws on the back panel and the two PH2 screws on the top of the right hand side of the panel.

4. Remove the side panel by pulling the back of the side panel off first and then unhook the front of the side panel to release.

5. Carefully lift the dishwasher onto it’s left side panel. NOTE: Ensure that the floor is properly protected before this to ensure there is no damage to the side panel or flooring.

6. Unclip the foot adjusting screw and pull towards you to release and remove.

7. Use a flat blade screwdriver to push open the retaining clips for the base panel and then pull towards you to release the base panel.

8. Use pliers to release the two jubilee clips holding the pipe in position.

9. Pull the pipe away from the sump and the salt pot to release. Ensure that the pipe is correctly positioned during refitting so the notch in the pipe connects tightly with the molding guide on the sump. Ensure that the jubilee clips are transfered to the new pipe.

10. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
