Issue:

• It is difficult to move the drawers in my fridge freezer

Applies to:

• Fridge freezer
• Upright Freezer
• Refrigerator

Resolution:

1. Remove or rearrange the food so it no longer touching the shelf above the drawer.

2. Remove debris, clean the drawer, the rollers and the rail.

3. Check the ice build-up in the freezer area, inside the drawer.

Cause:

• This issue is caused by food that is touching the shelf above the drawer, or by the guide rail being dirty or obstructed.
