Before carrying out any repair or maintenance, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the socket.

Before carrying out any repair or maintenance, make sure the appliance is not hot.

Please note that doing repairs yourself or using someone who isn’t a professional can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. It’s essential that you have the proper know-how.
HOW TO REPLACE FAN MOTOR
1. Unplug the appliance from the mains and open the door. (The door MUST stay open for the entire repair.)
2. Unscrew the five Torx 20 screws on either side of the top panel and at the centre back of the top panel. Lift the top panel from the back to remove it.
3. Discharge the capacitor. NOTE: The capacitor must be discharged before any repairs are carried out.
4. Unscrew the four Torx 20 screws at the top of the back panel and pull the back panel towards you to remove it.
5. Carefully disconnect the wiring connectors from the fan motor spade. (Note: Take a photo of the wiring position/location before disconnecting.) Take care not to damage the connectors.
6. Unscrew the four Torx 20 screws and remove the fan cover inside the oven.
7. Unscrew the 10mm nut on the fan blade.
8. Pull the fan blade towards you to remove it.
9. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to prise out the retaining clip holding the fan motor in place.
10. Twist the fan motor anticlockwise to release it and remove the fan motor.
11. When reassembling, repeat the steps in reverse order.
