Issue:

Resolution:
1. The robotic vacuum's sensors may be confused by glossy floors and/or strong sunlight.
2. Thick or high-pile carpets can cause this problem as well.
3. If the robot regularly displays this behavior, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
