1. When contacting us, please have the following information to hand. You will find this information on the manufacturer’s data plate:
Data plate with the model number, product number (PNC), ELC and serial number:
1. Model number
2. Product Number Code (PNC)
3. ML Code
4. Serial number
2. Data plate locations are as follows:
Microwave: at the back of the appliance | |
Cooker Hood: near the motor, behind the filter | |
Oven / Cooker: around the door cavity | |
Washing machine (Front-Loader): Behind the appliance door or behind the filter door | |
Washing machine (Top-Loader): Behind the appliance door or behind the filter door | |
Dryer: Behind the appliance door | |
Vacuum cleaner: on the underside of the appliance | |
Dishwasher: on the corner of the door | |
Hob: on the underside of the appliance | |
Refrigerator/Freezer/Fridge freezer: Inside on the side | |
Chest Freezer: on the underside of the door |
