What does error code i60, i61 or i69 mean?

Error codes in the i60 group indicate a problem with the water temperature in the appliance. This may mean:

• the temperature of the water supplied to the dishwasher being too high,
• temperature sensor fault,
• a problem with the heating system.

How should I respond to i60 / i61 / i69 errors?

1. Ensure that the temperature of the water supplied to the dishwasher does not exceed 60°C.

2. Reset the dishwasher:

• Unplug the dishwasher from the electrical socket, wait 1 minute, then plug it back in.
• The power can also be switched off at the fuse box.
• When pulling out and reinserting the built-in appliance, make sure that the hoses have not been kinked or pinched and that the water valve is fully open.
• Switch on the dishwasher, select the appropriate programme and start the appliance. If the wash cycle runs normally, the problem has been resolved.

3. Check whether the device displays the same error message again or whether the message is different

• If the device displays a different error code, check the code in the knowledge base for troubleshooting assistance.
