Issue:
- Washing machine displays error message EA0, EAO
Applies to:
- Top loader washing machine
Resolution:
1. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
We recommend requesting a visit by a service engineer.
Cause:
- Error message EA0 indicates DPS (Drum Position Sensor) fault.
