1. If damage was discovered when unpacking the appliance:
Please contact your dealer immediately to report any damage to the delivered appliance.
The dealers' contact details can be found on the invoice or delivery note.

2. If damage is detected during installation or first use:
Please contact your dealer immediately to report any damage to the delivered appliance.

3. If the appliance reports an error code or functional problem during first use:
Please prepare the appliance data visible on the nameplate, PNC number (Prod. No.) and serial number, i.e. as well as your purchase document.
